Return & Refund Policy - BlissedMe
At BlissedMe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you face any issue with your order, you may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you keep an unboxing video for smooth claim processing.
Only one return request per order can be raised. Kindly include all items you wish to return in the same request.
A. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery Orders
- Eligible for replacement or store credit only.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to bank account, wallet, or UPI for COD orders.
- You will receive confirmation once the returned product is received and verified.
B. Online Prepaid Orders (Cards / UPI / Net Banking / Wallets)
- Refunds are processed to the original payment source once the returned product is received in unused condition with original packaging.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days
Refund mode:
- Card payments → same card used during purchase
- UPI payments → same UPI ID
- Wallet payments → same wallet source
A confirmation email/message will be shared once refund is initiated.
Note: Refunds cannot be transferred to an alternate account.
C. Part Payment Orders (Prepaid + Store Credit)
- Prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
- Store credit used will be re-issued to your BlissedMe account.
D. COD + Store Credit Orders
- Eligible for store credit or replacement only.
- No bank refund available for COD-based orders.
E. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the eligible product and place a fresh order using store credit.
F. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements for items that are:
- Damaged
- Broken
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
Product image and unboxing video may be required for verification. If the item is unavailable, equivalent store credit will be issued.
RETURN METHODS
1. Return Pickup
- Pickup service may be available in selected locations across India.
- Courier partners may attempt pickup up to 3 times.
- If pickup is unsuccessful, self-return may be requested.
2. Self Return
You may courier the item to our return address shared by customer support.
Please email us at blissedme.official@gmail.com with:
- Order Number
- Courier Partner Name
- Tracking Number
- Reason for Return
If pickup is unavailable in your area, self-return is recommended. Shipping reimbursement (up to reasonable limit) may be issued as store credit after approval.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:
- Used / worn jewellery
- Earrings used after delivery (hygiene reasons)
- Customized products
- Sale / discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse
